[ HOW WE WORK ]

How We Work

A streamlined process that enhances execution & digital experiences.

Every project runs on the same five phases — so you always know what is happening now, what comes next, and what we need from you.

PHASE 01

Discovery & Strategy

We begin by understanding your business, goals, audience, competitors, and current website challenges to define a clear project direction.

PHASE 02

UX Planning & Wireframing

We organize content, user flows, and page structure through low-fidelity wireframes focused on clarity, usability, and conversions.

PHASE 03

UI Design & Visual Direction

We turn the wireframes into a considered visual system — layout, type, colour, and components that carry your brand across every screen.

PHASE 04

Development & Optimization

We build fast, scalable websites using WordPress or Framer with clean code, performance optimization, SEO structure, and responsive functionality.

PHASE 05

Launch & Ongoing Support

We handle deployment, QA, and handover — then stay on for updates, monitoring, backups, and the improvements that come after go-live.

START YOUR PROJECT

Whether you are launching a new business, refining your brand, or scaling a digital product, our team helps you choose the right path based on your goals, audience, and ambition.

Every fixed-price package is split across two milestones: 50 percent to start the project, 50 percent on final delivery. Enterprise projects follow the schedule set in the statement of work.

All prices are in USD and exclude any tax, duty, or bank charge applied in your own country. Where your country requires tax to be withheld at source, the invoice is raised so that the listed price is the amount itcroc receives.

Each milestone is invoiced, and the invoice carries the payment details. International bank transfer is the standard route. If you need a specific method, raise it on the scope call and it is confirmed in writing before the project starts.

A round is a batch of feedback applied at a named project stage, not a pool of credits you spend whenever you like. Launch packages have 2 rounds, Scale has 3 or 4 depending on the service, and Enterprise runs planned review cycles set in the statement of work. Rounds do not carry over to another stage or another project.

It is quoted as a change request with its own price and timeline, in writing, before any work on it starts. Extra pages, screens, and logo routes have fixed rates listed in the comparison matrix, so those need no quote.

Discovery, direction, and setup cost the same whether the project is 4 pages or 10. Launch spreads that fixed work across fewer pages, so each page carries more of it. Scale is the better rate per page, and that is the honest reason.

One website page equals two mobile app screens. A responsive marketing page needs bespoke layout and content structure at every breakpoint. An app screen is drawn inside an established pattern set, so it takes roughly half the work. Counting them the same would overcharge app projects.

Each package states its delivery time in business days, counted from the discovery call rather than from your first enquiry. Every timeline assumes one approving stakeholder and content supplied on time. More approvers or late content extends it, and we confirm that in writing before starting.

Your brand assets in vector format, your content or the closest draft you have, references with a note on what works in each, and one named person who gives final approval.

A 30 minute call to agree the goal, the audience, and the scope. You then receive a written scope and price. Nothing starts, and nothing is billed, until you approve that in writing.

Website Development includes 14 days of post-launch fixes on Launch and 30 days on Scale, covering defects in delivered work rather than new requests. After that, ongoing updates and maintenance run as a separate monthly plan, quoted once the site is live and its real workload is known.

The first milestone is not refundable once discovery and the first project stage have started, because that work is already done. If you stop the project after that point, you pay for the stages completed, you receive every file produced up to that point, and nothing further is billed.

Full ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you on final payment. Working files, unused concepts, and the routes you did not select stay with itcroc. itcroc may show the finished work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise, and that is agreed before the project starts.
