Atomix, a digital agency offering UI/UX, branding, and Webflow development, needed a site bold enough to sell its own creative judgment

[ 01 - OVERVIEW ]

Overview

Project Overview

Atomix is a digital agency offering UI/UX design, branding, consultancy, and Webflow development, mainly to brands that want a bold, distinctive identity. Because the agency sells creative judgment, its own site had to demonstrate that judgment rather than describe it: a striking duotone hero, an oversized type treatment, and a portfolio grid built around real client work. itcroc LLC designed the site around one argument: an agency this confident about visual identity should look like the boldest thing in the room, not a template with a portfolio bolted on.

[ 02 - PROBLEM ]

Problem

The Challenge

An agency’s own website is judged by a stricter standard than a client’s, since a founder
deciding who to hire will treat the agency’s site as a live sample of its taste. The homepage had
to hold an ambitious, editorial hero, a service list spanning four disciplines, trusted-partner
logos, a multi-category portfolio, and a proof section, without any part reading as generic or
template-built. It also needed the portfolio itself to demonstrate range across UI/UX, branding,
app design, and web design specifically, since a portfolio that cannot show the actual work
undercuts every claim made above it

Direction

Project Goals

• Open with an oversized, editorial hero that reads as art direction, not a stock template,
since the agency’s taste is the product being sold.
• List all four service lines, UI/UX, branding, consultancy, development, in one scannable block
instead of a paragraph a visitor has to parse.
• Group portfolio work by discipline and year, so a prospective client can find comparable
projects for their own category quickly.
• Back the boldness claim with real numbers, so confidence has evidence behind it instead of
resting on adjectives.
• Repeat a single clear CTA, Start Your Project, across the hero and the proof sections instead
of leaving conversion to chance.

The Solution

An oversized hero that behaves like art direction
Duotone portrait photography sits beneath giant, semi-transparent type reading Digital
Experience, so the hero reads as a single composed image rather than a headline placed over a
stock photo.
Four services, numbered and scannable
UI/UX Design, Branding, Consultancy, and Development sit in one numbered list with no extra
copy, so a visitor sees the full service range in the time it takes to glance left.
Portfolio grouped by discipline, not a flat grid
Featured Work separates App Design, Branding, and Web Design projects with the client name
and year on every card, so a prospective client can scan for work in their own category.
Proof stated as numbers, not adjectives
Projects completed, satisfaction rate, and years active sit in a plain stat row under the trustedpartner logos, giving the boldness claim something concrete to stand on.
