[ 01 - OVERVIEW ]

Overview

Project Overview

Lawio is a full-service law firm covering business law and regulatory compliance on one side, and family, immigration, and estate matters on the other. Those are two different buyers with two different needs: a founder managing corporate risk, and a person navigating a divorce or visa application. itcroc LLC designed a site that leads with broad, business-facing credibility, a stated success rate and review count, then segments into specific, plainly named practice areas so each visitor finds language written for their actual situation

Problem

The Challenge

A firm serving both corporate clients and individuals in personal crisis has to earn trust in two
different registers on the same homepage. A business buyer wants risk minimization, regulatory expertise, and a measurable track record. Someone going through a divorce or an immigration case wants to feel understood, not processed like a commercial account. The site had to hold a confident, results-driven hero alongside specific, compassionate service descriptions for family, immigration, and estate law, without the page reading as generic to either audience or favoring one type of client over the other.

Project Goals

• State the firm’s business-facing credibility directly in the hero, success rate, review count, so
a corporate buyer has a measurable reason to trust the firm within seconds.
• Give each practice area, family law, immigration, estate planning, its own specific, plainly
written description instead of one shared paragraph, so a visitor in a personal legal situation
feels addressed directly.
• Introduce named attorneys by title and specialty, so a client can identify who actually
handles their type of case before booking.
• Keep one consistent consultation path, 30 Min Consultation and Book Consultation, so both
buyer types reach the same low-commitment next step.
• Remove the duplicated logo in the trust strip and confirm the partner logos are real before
publishing, since a repeated or placeholder logo undercuts the credibility the hero is built
on

The Solution

Business credibility stated as a number
The hero pairs the Your Legal Partner headline with a 98 percent success rate, a 4.9 out of 5
rating, and a 120-review count, giving a corporate buyer something measurable before they
read a single service description.

Practice areas written for the actual client, not the firm
Family Legal Support, Immigration Law, and Estate Planning Law each carry language specific to that situation, protecting relationships, simplifying immigration procedures, preserving wealth, rather than one shared paragraph of general legal capability.

Attorneys introduced by speciality, not just headshot
Michael Carter, Emmy Anderson, Robert Bennett, and David Harrison are each labelled with a
specific title, managing partner, family law specialist, real estate attorney, litigation attorney, so a visitor can match their case to a person.

One consultation path for two audiences
30 Min Consultation in the header and Book Consultation over the courtroom photo repeat the same low-commitment action, so a business client and a family client end up taking the
identical next step regardless of why they came.
