Livora, real estate brand
A real estate site has to do two different jobs at once: sell the agency as a credible, high-design brand, and function as an accurate property marketplace a buyer can actually use to compare homes. The supplied design leans hard into the first job, dramatic architectural photography, an oversized wordmark, agency stats, but the featured property listings show prices of 425 dollars and 75 cents, 499 dollars and 99 cents, and similar figures for four-bedroom homes, which reads as a data or formatting error rather than a real listing price. If that carries through to a live site, the marketplace half of the page stops working regardless of how strong the brand half looks.
• Fix the property pricing before launch, since 425 dollars and 75 cents for a four-bedroom
home is not a usable price and breaks the one number a buyer actually needs.
• Keep the aspirational hero and about section focused on brand and expertise, not specific
listings, so the architectural mood photography is never mistaken for an actual property for
sale.
• Present the four core services, sales, buying, selling, investment advisory, as distinct
offerings with their own scope, so a visitor understands which service actually applies to
them.
• Give every featured property the same comparable format, price, bed and bath count,
square footage, location, so a buyer can compare four homes at a glance.
• Confirm whether the partner logo strip shows real affiliated companies before publishing,
since generic-looking marks undercut the credibility the stats section is building.
Brand imagery kept separate from listing data
The hero and about sections use aspirational architectural photography that is never presented as a specific listing, keeping mood and credibility building clearly separate from the actual property marketplace further down the page.
Four services, each with its own scope
Luxury Home Sales, Property Buying, Home Selling, and Investment Advisory are laid out as four distinct, numbered offerings, with Property Buying shown in an expanded state listing its included services, so a visitor can tell which one actually applies to their situation.
Property cards built for comparison, not display
Maple Grove Estates, Cedar Ridge Community, Pine Valley Estates, and Birchwood Heights each show price, bedroom and bathroom count, square footage, and location in the same format, the structure a real comparison needs, independent of what the actual prices should read once corrected.
Agency credibility stated as verifiable numbers
1,500 plus properties sold, 500 plus real estate experts, and a 99 percent satisfaction rate sit
directly under the brand statement, giving the agency’s expertise claim something specific
rather than a general trust badge.
